Beth J is amazing. I had been working to create a 72-photo blanket, but by the time I clicked order, it looked like my order would now arrive the day AFTER my mom's birthday party. I chatted with Beth J, who worked with production to expedite my order. Some companies/representatives just say stuff like that, but she really did it and sent me several emails along the way to confirm her actions and let me know when the blanket had shipped. I just opened it and it's awesome (and on time!). Having direct email access to a real person is so nice. Really great customer service. I will be back!
