Despite paying an additional £7.95 for next day delivery, it is now June 6th, and my order has not even been dispatched.I have reached out to your customer service multiple times, and each time I am met with the same response - to wait. Initially, I was told to wait 24-48 hours, and now I am being asked to wait again. This continuous delay without any concrete resolution is unacceptable.As a loyal customer of Zara, I have never experienced such poor customer service. Being repeatedly told to wait without any indication of when my order will be dispatched or delivered is both frustrating and disappointing. I paid for expedited shipping with the expectation of receiving my items promptly, and this experience has fallen far short of that expectation.I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect a clear timeline for when my order will be dispatched and delivered as originally promised with next day delivery. Additionally, I request a refund for the expedited shipping fee as it was not fulfilled as agreed upon.I trust that Zara values its customers and their satisfaction and will rectify this situation promptly.
