I am a regular online customer of Zara and have spent countless amounts on their products. The latest experience was the worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered $500 worth of items for an upcoming trip, placed the order two weeks in advance, and it never shipped until close to my departure date. When I contacted their online customer service to cancel the order because I wouldn't be home to receive it, they said it couldn't be canceled because it had already started shipping. I demanded a cancellation and refund, but they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to resolve the issue. This will be the last time I purchase from them. I will boycott them from now on. Truly a disgraceful and appalling company
