I received a damaged package from PostNord with a missing item and had been trying in vain to contact PostNord through various channels and written to Zara as well. I decided to visit Zara in Fields, where I received outstanding customer service from Paula. She went above and beyond to reach Zara’s phone support for me and managed to get the issue resolved.
