Been using Yoast for WordPress since 2011

I have been using Yoast since late 2011. Normally I'll get by fine by using the free version for WordPress. And I am very structured around internal linking. How ever, I get really tired remembering all of my posts so here's Yoast Premium a brilliant idea. All internal linking is suggested by the Premium plugin.Also, it's nice to be able to (almost) control the synonyms and related keywords. Just bought the Premium version today, and it made my life easier!

The support is very poor

The support is very poor. They dont ready the issue details, ask the same questions over and over again. This happened on all the previous 3 occasions. I had to escalate to 3rd tier until finally someone understood my issues and gave me some kind of response. I used them for years and they were excellent before, but it seems they outsourced support to a cheap outfit in India that are thoroughly untrained. I am using Al In One SEO and the support is much better.

Yoast is the best of the best SEO plugin, I’ve got so much help and advices from them. Pls guys be kind to a company like them. And be faire.I want to lift up them. Because they are so great company. Yoast is a Scam

I subscribed to there monthly SEO plugin for 3 days and it was not the right fit for me. I cancelled the plan and asked for a refund and they denied me. There policy clearly states 30 days refund for any reason. But they wont honor that. Total scammers. Glad not to be using them and I would discourage others from giving them your credit card information.

Very cluttered interface

Very cluttered interface, no real-time support for paying customers. plugin disconnects from the site without any reason even when there is an active subscription and there is no solution for this expect for emailing the team and waiting.

they have done nothing but spam using Black Friday as their vehicle. email after email. now unsubscribed from their spamming list, blocked their email, and will NOT be renewing.Disgraceful business practice
