The support is very poor. They dont ready the issue details, ask the same questions over and over again. This happened on all the previous 3 occasions. I had to escalate to 3rd tier until finally someone understood my issues and gave me some kind of response. I used them for years and they were excellent before, but it seems they outsourced support to a cheap outfit in India that are thoroughly untrained. I am using Al In One SEO and the support is much better.
