Yelp removes all of our real customer reviews, with no explanation. These are verified customers and Yelp moves them to "not recommended" so nobody can see the review and they don't factor into the score. It doesn't matter if we or the customer provides proof, Yelp will not display the good reviews. They also keep calling trying to get us to advertise. Such a scam.
