I'm a small business owner in a small town. I legitimately had 2 reviews that I didn't request and Yelp took them down- Yelp decided they're not "recommended." This was after I canceled my ad campaign with Yelp and I almost feel like it was a retaliation. I don't get why Yelp gets to decide if someone's review and experience are legitimate or not. Would I recommend Yelp to other small businesses? NO.
