Signed up for a trial, told by Xero that any data we input as part of the trial cannot be removed so if you subsequently sign up for real then you should start a new trial and convert that to the account. I did this. However, what they don't tell you is that they don't remove any trials, they are kept in a suspense account - along with your email address, so when you actually have your account you cannot use your own email address. Two weeks in, still can't get this resolved. Very frustrating and regretting signing up...
