Xero Old invoice easier for new client to adapt n use the current new one clients dislike too many hidden clicks hard for them to understand plus the old clients got use to old version making changes bring discomfort n unhappy customers Also we feedback NO DO in Xero for last 10 yrs still NO see improvement why the resource don’t focus on improving having DO n went to change sales invoice its a biggest mistakes Xero New Manager also don’t respond at all when we ask for promotion code that why our whole bunch old loyal partners for the last 10 yrs now boycott attending the Brisbane Xerocon this Sep 25. Many Xero support staff not knowledgeable n NOT good troubleshoot they any how reply for the sake of showing they working n never see n read properly the problems just simply throw the whole funk of theory made us read ourself might as well use AI or robot. Many also very annoying came in to closed cases that are not solved saying NO hear from us BUT actual fact is we waiting for solution or we on traveling mode or too busy. The kind n humanity personal friendly touch seems gone with the wind like before every one like so self Centre only state their own ways impatient to listen or read in details before answering our cases. Worst off is use CANNOT contact us as reason to closed cases that was unresolved yet. Xero could have alternative options like team view or shared screen or give us the right template to follow. Dont forget we are even more busy then your support team staff only doing one thing while we have numerous clients deadline to complete for Xero immigration for statutory audit financial report to complete for daily bookkeeping tasks to posts got corporate Secretarial matters to attend to got Xero training to perform etc We depend on quicker n more effective support n solution XERO not your staff add confusion n throw junkies respond to us to respond back to them otherwise we face closed cases fate leaving us helpless just as good NO support n add to our burden instead.
