I bought a laptop from HP online just before Christmas 2024. However it is not suitable for my needs. So I need to return it, I went to their webpage and tried to do an online chat for return/refund enquiries, but not only is it a robot but there is no way of even chatting about my issue, all it does is give you the option to call them or fill in a web form. I filled in the details and woe betide the page then directed me to a web form again and again. So I then called them, however no luck yet again, the number gives you four options: 1) Instant ink. 2) Sales. 3) Technical support. 4) Business customers only. Nowhere is there any way to contact their customer services via the phone and the supposed customer services number on Google doesn't exist, so I filled in another web form, this time I got an automated acknowledgement saying one of their team would contact me within 48 hours but guess what? Nobody did. Eventually I got a very abrupt email from them (A donotreply one) with a returns label to take it to my post office, this I did but the label isn't for a local post office, it is for Parcelforce, but my nearest depot is 16 miles away, I am disabled and do not drive so am unable to get there. I paid £600 for this laptop and want my money back but don't know what else to do.
