HP is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. Their so-called "customer support" is nothing but a scam designed to force you into spending more money. If you don’t update your warranty (aka pay them MORE), they flat-out refuse to help you fix your issue, no matter how simple it is.To make things worse, they LIE to you, telling you that because your warranty has expired, your printer is now useless and "won't work again." Seriously?! A company that deliberately misleads its customers just to squeeze more money out of them is disgusting.And if that wasn’t bad enough, they pressure you into buying unnecessary products, knowing full well that you NEED your printer and have no choice but to comply. This is nothing but predatory business practice.STAY AWAY FROM HP. They will steal your money, refuse to help you, and lie straight to your face. Their staff are completely unhelpful, and they have zero interest in customer satisfaction, only in draining your wallet. Do yourself a favour and go with ANY other brand. All I wanted, was help with connecting to the wi-fi, yet was told because I have no warranty it wont connect.
