I signed up in response to a 'deal' in 2017, and found out after I signed up how much it actually will cost. I tried to cancel it according to the guidelines, but they did not accept them.Over the next 2 years, I found out it was the Wall Street Journal that continued to bill me over $40 a month, and they were using an email address connected to my account that did not exist - it was a typo! Now that this has officially been figured out, they refuse to refund me even close to a quarter amount of the money they took from me, using a false email!Tip for consumers: Their promotions are scams, and they will not acknowledge the cancellations from the receiver. They will use unproven emails for communication, and the bills on the credit account will use names that look like personal investments.User's recommendation: Avoid advertisements. Read the fine print - they will reject cancellations.
