EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never been a fan of Wells Fargo ever since I had an account years ago and they called and did a "bait and switch" telling me my account was in trouble which was a TOTAL LIE.I was referred to them today by my bank in order to exchange some pounds.I walked in and spoke to a gentleman who then looked over at his colleague. He asked her if they processed any transactions from people that did not have an account. She rudely stated no. He stated that 1st Bank referred me and Wells Fargo defines how they process these transactions.She "snickered" and stated, "we really don't care.I looked at her and stated that was a rude, extremely poor customer service response.She kept looking down and said she was sorry. I said excuse me, and she finally looked up and I said, " no you aren't, and you are extremely rude."Her boss who was very kind walked out of her office and asked if she could help me. I said, "well I guess not because a bank you do business with and define processes referred me, but you can't help me.She said again with her head down "I am sorry".I said no you aren't and if you worked for me, you would be done working with customers.I walked out and called her boss and spoke to her one on one stating I ran IT Production Service around the world, and she should be heavily reprimanded.The manager was very kind and answered my questions.This bank is horrible!
