ABSOLUTE JOKE. Dealing with them on an auto loan was the worst experience I've had since dealing with Hughes Net.They are definitely in it for the money. I had to call and get my account set up. They DID NOT contact me to set up an account, which caused me to have a late payment charge in addition to my regular payment.Story is too bizarre to go into detail. I had to pay an additional $500 to payoff my loan. No explanation as to what the $500 was for. My advice is NEVER use them for an auto loan!!!!
