Identity theft from Wells Fargo

So let me be the next person to complain about Wellsfargo customer service. I have had to call every single month multiple times from December 2023 till now to remind them to send me a check from money they stole from our bank accounts from the identity theft settlement. And instead of them sending it direct deposit to avoid snail mail & MORE DELAYS. They instead send another letter asking me to cash a check I never received. ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!Where is my payment?
