Wells Fargo is the WORST bank experience I have had in my 75 years. I am traveling. Wells has blocked all access to my money because I do not have an AT&T or Verizon mobile phone number, and they refuse to send their code to my Skype phone number, which I have used for 15 years. They refuse to send it by email. They shut off my ZELLE transfer ability because of my Skype phone number. They will not let me do ACH transfers from my account with Wells to my accounts with other banks. I opened new accounts with Capital One and Discover Bank on line easily. Both of them accept my Skype phone number. But, I cannot get money into these accounts because of Wells. I would advise everyone to never have any dealing with Wells Fargo Bank.
