I've been a Wayfair customer for years and have spent a lot of money with this company this year alone. I bought a washing machine from them as opposed to two other options I was looking at BECAUSE it was pictured with the pedestal base, and BECAUSE SOMEONE AT WAYFAIR — I don't remember if it was a call or a chat but I KNOW I checked because it wasn't clear in the listing — TOLD ME IT CAME WITH THE BASE.But it DIDN'T. If you choose to shop here, document and screenshot anything anyone tells you on the phone, in chat, or in email; keep it all. And shame on LG Global, too, because without the base you can't properly access and clean the drain pump filter.REALLY ANGRY and will not be shopping with Wayfair anymore. Not cool. Nope.I've further learned that "installation" (without the base) doesn't include a hose long enough for the water to drain so I have a washing machine I can't use (have been to several hardware stores to try to find an extension piece) and I'd have to pay $140 to return it (and coordinate with you lot again to have it taken away) and I'd rather use it as a paperweight than deal with this company anymore and ever again.
