What happend???? I used to shop at Wayfair/ all Modern all the time but my last experience and is still (ongoing) terrible. I ordered a new bed for my daughter. Delivery date was changed 3 times and so was my assembly..... bed arrived with part broken. The CS team didn't seem to see it as big deal for me to wait for 10 business days to get a replacement. Suggest for my daughter to sleep om the floor instead and would not upgrade shipping to expedited... because it wasn't purchased as such. Well I planned accordingly and wasn't expecting to get a broken part either. Overall disappointed. People not caring and feeling like I am the problem. Only spent $900 after all. My daughter should be ok to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks. Unacceptable..... not their call nor their comment to make. Hoping to get that part sooner rather than later!!
