Wayfair is cheating customers by selling defective products that are illegal to sell in the US.

Wayfair is cheating customers by selling this light fixture. Per my electrician, it is not UL listed, so it is not legal to sell in the US. It only has 2 wires and NO ground. There are no instructions, not even a Q code to scan to get help from the mfg. Not even a copy of my invoice as proof of purchase. Searching online for the company listed as the Mfg. I found it does not exist. There is no website or info at all. I want to return it for a FULL refund as it should never have been sold. It is defective and useless. I am 72, disabled and do not drive. I would need a paid pick up to return it and Joshua told me that it would be 18.99 to have that done, plus I would be charged for the original shipping to send this illegal item to me. I am sure the rep I spoke with was only doing what he was told to do, claiming he could not help, but I will be sharing my horrid experience with Wayfair on every social media site and review site I can find so no one else gets ripped off like this!! Also interesting is the 1 star review I wrote on the site WAS NOT POSTED!
