This is strictly relative to the quality or lack thereof of their furniture. Had an outdoor small table and chairs which faded after 2 summers and began chipping. But the worst is the dining room table and chairs we bought 1 1/2 years ago. The “wood” material is so cheap it’s chipping off the top of the table and on the legs of the chairs. Trying to clean the ”wood” top immediately removes the finish and leaves it stained and faded looking. Just terrible, horrible quality. This is the response from Wayfair we received. They will offer us 10% off our next order and are sorry for the problems we've had. Why would we purchase anything more from you when the $1500 or so dining room table is not even 2 years old but looks like we've had it for 10! Why spend another dime on your horrible quality furniture when what we've already purchased and own looks terrible. If you were truly sorry you would offer a credit back to our Visa or replace the shoddy table & chairs we bought at a major discount. 10%? That's laughable. And insulting.
