I bought an expensive throw pillow from Wayfair based on the photo and colors shown on their website. When I received the pillow, the colors were completely different than the photo so I couldn't use it at all. I called to return it since it was "defective" but Wayfair would not agree to a free shipping return even though the product didn't match the description, etc. They claimed that the manufacturer's photos were not true to the colors since their lighting didn't allow for the true colors to show up. What??? How would I know that? I can't believe that was their excuse for not sending me a pre-paid shipping label and wanted to charge me to return the pillow!! Worst customer service!!!
