I actually have a commercial account which I have used to buy things for hotel and resort projects but NO MORE.I ordered two items so we could move my mom to a memory care facility and both items arrived late. I had to go out and purchase items locally to make the move happen as scheduled.When we finally received the late items and tried to return them Wayfair only wanted to refund a very small portion of the original purchase price, now I have two never opened boxes taking up room in my garage.The lesson here is unless you’re willing to wait for whenever your order get to you and you’re certain you’ll love it, then don’t order from Wayfair or a Wayfair company.
