I ordered two sets of pillows from wayfair on April 9th, I received two of the four on the 12th. Great speed right? Well it would have been if they had sent me the correct color. I started the return process, but stopped when I noticed they were charging me nearly $15 to send it back, for a mistake they made. I contacted customer service and was able to get them to waive the fee. A week or two goes by and I hadn't received any updates on the other two pillows so I check the status and they hadnt shipped yet! I reach out to customer service and I'm told that due to the delivery date being a week prior they would need to open an investigation, sure whatever you have to do to prove I didn't receive my items. A Full Week goes by and have heard nothing. I reach out again to ask why I haven't had an update and sent screenshots proving the pillows never shipped. I finally get my refund for the "lost package" so I ask if they have an update on the return mailed back. I am told that there is no movement on the tracking and will need to wait until its received, well I had already tracked it and it was delivered two days ago so I sent that screen shot to them and they tell me that it should have been sent with a different tracking label and sent me pictures of the "correct one". I am livid at this point because their customer service sent me the label so I wouldn't be charged and now they're telling me it's wrong? I foward that information to them along with proof of delivery and tell them that since your rep sent me that label and I have proof it was delivered back to you that I need to be refunded. Then all of a sudden it's "oh you're right, I didn't see that in the notes"Be thorough and read through past conversations that are saved regarding orders and do not make the customer feel as if they did something wrong. I also should not have to wait a week for a response on an issue. It was a horrible shopping experience and do not feel confident ordering from Wayfair again.
