This place is a money pit. I ordered two different couches. Mind you-neither of them being delivered until July 3 at the earliest. I found a couch I liked better. Cost was 1500. Never delivered or scheduled for delivery. I went to cancel the order and they said “it’s a return” because it had already shipped to a distribution center. Really? Cost me 300 in freight. Next I ordered the second couch. Again not being delivered until July 3 or later. All I wanted to do was change the shipping address since my move date was changed. Couldn’t just change the address since I used an installment pay and “they wouldn’t let Wayfair change just the shipping address”. This time is charged $385 in freight costs-and never delivered to my home. Stay away from Wayfair. Shop local or at least in state. Oh. Wayfair responded with the below-and no response from them received. Stay away.
