I ordered and received an adjustable bed from Wayfair in August. I did not have the bed opened and assembled until the end of September. I ordered the bed because I am 73 years old and my health is not good. Due to my health I did not get the bed assembled until then. The head of the bed has stopped working after being used for two and a half weeks. All I can get from Wayfair customer service is it has been delivered and my thirty days have passed. The customer service is terrible. There is no other way to resolve an issue. I think the motor is bad. There is no option for me to get even the manufacturer so I can get a replacement motor. I brought this bed because I need to be able to raise the head due to my illness. I am left with buying another bed. I will not buy anything from Wayfair again. I guess they want you to buy an extended warranty for everything. That is another way to get your money.
