Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI ordered a few items from Wayfair, and I was left waiting for hours for my delivery. Out of nowhere, they canceled my order at the last minute without any notification—no call, email, or text. I had to call them myself to figure out what happened, and even then, they couldn’t offer any real explanation or solution. They never admitted to the mistake or apologized, and instead, I was left hanging with no timeline for when I might actually receive my items. The lack of communication and poor customer service is beyond frustrating. Wayfair has seriously let me down, and I’ll think twice before ordering from them again. Very, very bad customer support.
