We ordered furniture and was told that we could delay the order with FedEx. This gave us the impression that it was safe to order. Once ordered we realized that delay the order with FedEx means that all orders to that location would be held. We were purchasing a new home and did not want to disrupt orders for the current tenants before we moved in. When we called support they didn't offer any support other than changing the address. This was a disappointment and not our intended outcome. They didn't seem motivated to reach out to the furniture shipper to ask for a hold.
