I ordered my daughter a rattan queen bed assembly to hold the queen mattress we bought for her from Wayfair. The rattan queen bed assembly had no directions. The mattress was in a rolled up suctioned heavy plastic roll. It was too expensive for cheap merchandise and after reading horrible reviews we would never buy from here again or return anything. 82% negative stars. Why didn't I read this first. I had a hunch as my daughter doesn't obviously read reviews, but never again. Wayfair you suck.
