Booked through Vrbo to go to a lodge in California. Everything seemed fine until we got there. The code we were given didn't work, called the host and she had double booked the place (we had just travelled about 24 hours from the UK - driving and plane to get there). How something like this happens I do not know. Vrbo customer support have been absolutely horrendous as well in sorting this out. Still overdue money from them. Absolutely no care from them at all / would not recommend to anyone. Take your business elsewhere
