Our booking was cancelled one day before arrival (while we were already travelling with our young child). The property owner claims that the property was retired from the market long time before arrival due to roof works and does not understand what happened. Vrbo denies any responsibility, both parties are pointing fingers to each other. However we paid in full more than half a year in advance. Neither party should be in this business
