I used Vrbo in the past and it was good. This past month, I cancelled a trip and was aware I would get all my money back. Nothing. I called and provided photis of my credit card proving no money was returned. They now want a statement of my bank account which makes no sense as it would not have been returned there. I guess I lost $800. Never again.
