So once again Vrbo has failed. I have lost over $1200 because Vrbo who supposedly vets its hosts REFUSES to help me get my money back for a trip that I could not take. This is after the host told me that they would give me a FULL REFUND. Of course, NEVER DID!!! Even after repeated calls and messages to the host, NOTHING!!! Informed Vrbo and they said I would have to appeal to the host. So WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE VRBO??????? You take money but have no responsibility to advocate for us??? I’m done.
