What a " great " customer service in this company, how they treat new clients. Has been told by the system the call will be answered in 15 min. Been holding well over an hour, no option of automatic callback. The music is playing loudly on the speaker even on the quietest setting, very distracting. This is their sale department for new customers, can only imagine the rest of the company- completely rotten.Also, they can't fix wrong locator on the map for my house for about 10 days. How difficult can this be?
