Terrible Policies.They control your speech--ought to be sued. You can't even give your guests your phone number so they can call if lost. They kick you off the [platform if you do--even AFTER the guest has paid their VRBO fee.And now they pick your photos for you.You no longer get to decide which photo leads. Update: I contacted their help desk as they recommend. In fact I have been contacting them since last June--9 months now. They don't even respond! Not once in 9 months!!! How dare they write if you just make a suggestion, they listen. So untrue. Every since Expedia bought them, they have treated vacation owners like caca. That's b/c Expedia is a Hotel company. They prefer to put vacation rentals out of business.For instance: Their hotel members are allowed to give out the resorts phone number--just not vacation rental owners.Isn't this a Free Speech violation?Talk about "Heavy Handed"!
