VRBO are terrible. They focus only on the guests and treat property owners terrible. There are so many problems with their service, and then when you try to resolve their customer service staff are so rude and even close chat mid conversation - they speak to their customers like dirt. Compared to Airbnb, who provide a stable platform and great service, customer service are polite and helpful and balanced focus on the tenants and the owners of the property. All of which does not cost anything, just more of principal the CEO can implement in the firm for free.
