PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. If you want any type of refund VRBO is not willing to help out its customer's. We had a bad experience where we had scorpions in the house we were staying in. VRBO then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t help us out because it’s just a bug.I will never do business with VRBO again.
