Hello, this is my first season with Vrbo. I had clients from September 5 to September 12 -2024. They paid there stay in July. 17 days later no payment on my account although these clients were very happy and I got perfect figures, reactions. After 7 phone calls with people who have no idea how to solve problems, they are just instructed how to answer in a robotical way.This not giving confidence and I sincerely hope that you solve my problem asap, this money is no luxury!! and I worked for it. This is so dissapointing. Booking and AirbnB are so correct. Easy to contact if necessary and with a complete other style of support.
