We will never use VRBO again! The first 2 places we booked through them cancelled on us last minute to tell us they already had reservations after dozens of family members came in from out of state. VRBO finally found us a 3rd place, only for the rental property to have different booking dates and try to kick us out a day early. The customer service reps at VRBO were helpful and did their jobs extremely well. But the company as a whole needs to get their crap together. Would not recommend to anyone.
