This month bought my niece a year subscription. Couldn't log in. Doesn't 2 days getting through to someone on the phone, when we got someone they kept asking for the same information over and over. The refund page didn't recognise the subscription email and after phoning a second time they didn't even have it details on the system. They go through everything to not pay you anything back. Currently using PayPal to try and get a refund.
