Mess in the company

Mess in the company. I have Vodafone internet for 6 months. In contract there is stated the WLAN option for the router is included for 24 months. Last month WLAN option surprisingly stopped working for me so I called technical support in Vodafone and they activated it again. I warned them via email that WLAN should be free of charge for the next 18 months and now in sixth invoice they started charging me for WLAN option. Funny thing is they are willing to speak in English before you sign the contract but after that it is really big problem to use English language.
