Let me tell you my story with vodafone Deutschland..I moved to germany 2 years ago, went to a vodafone store some months after that, where i was met by a nice salesman.. he spoke english, which was a big plus for me. He told me, 200Mbit internet at that time cost the same as 32Mbit, so i choose to take that, and then after the first year the Price will become 60€ (As i remember) instead of 20€ .. but he assured me, that after the first year it will change automatic to 32Mbit, which was really all that i needed.I lived in Flensburg for 8 month, during that time, my internet was only working sometimes, Maybe 1 hour each Day, some days not at all, i told that to Vodafone, they gave me a number to contact.. it took me 10 days before this guy answered the phone. After those 10 days he told me it was him i should Call, and gave me a number to a central for their technician. I called there and they Got my number, and told me a technician would Call my in the next days to arrange a meeting.. it didnt happend .. i called again, they took my number .. nothing happened. AgainThen about 3 weeks after i Got a letter from a technician Company thats they was told to fix my internet, and he would come between 10-16 so i took a full Day off work, to stay home and wait for this guy.. he never showed up, i ofcause complained again to vodafone, but they didnt really care, so after 6 month of no internet i stopped paying, then they realised i ecxist, just to and me bills and so on, every ”rechnung” related e-mail, they answered, the rest they ignored.Sooo 2 month after i moved to Hamburg, i decided here it must work, so i paid the 140€ for Them to moved it, plus what i owe them.Thinking finally no more dealing with there customer “service Well my internet worked, but was pretty slow for 200Mbit, but i didnt want to go through that so i lived with it, then after 6 month in Hamburg, i notice i have been paying 60€ a month the last two months, so i sent them and e-mail, explaining it. 1 month after they send me a new contract for 1 year 32MB again even know i shouldnt be comitted to them for 1 full year more, i dont sign anything, but aparently they dont need that.And new problem accured.. now my internet doesnt work anymore, i Call Them e-mail Them.. same as last time nothing really happens, i was in the middle of my exams so i was desparate but they will not help at all... so after 2 month of no internet i stop paying again.. and now today the cancelled the suscribtion and sent me a bill for almost 600€ to pay out the lady month, and other stuff.....How can this Company still stand? 1 Star from almost everybody on Trustpilot should paint a good picture of what kind of horrible Company it is
