This is the worst customer experience i have ever had. In order to cancel my DSL contract within the 14 days i have:Emailed 4 different email addresses, submitted 3 different forms, spent 4 hours on the phone and STILL have no confirmation that the termination will occur and am receiving SMSs that the line is active and ready to use.You were lightning fast to take my money but will make me drag myself through glass to even try and cancel it.
