Have had vodafone for my phone since moving to germany 6 years ago, and the experience has been deteriorating each year. Each update to your site pushes me to spend more money than I need to for prepaid, eg removing option to add 10€, counting 13 months in a year. I’m switching to a competitor after 6 years because i have to do 2 separate transactions to add the exact amount needed, every single time i want data. And I refuse to do auto payments until you realize there arent 13 months in a year
