Where do I begin......After years of conflicting with them over their appalling internet stability, I was able to talk them down to a very good price for what should be a very good internet connection. Eventually unable to bear the connection problems anymore I was persuaded to give this up for a much more expensive DSL contract. Which resolved the connectivity issues.Cut to 6 months later I apply for a cancellation since I would be leaving the country for an extended amount of time. I get a confirmation letter and that's that.Now it's 3 months later and I'm being billed by Vodafone. After eventually getting an answer on the phone I asked to present my confirmation letter. This letter I don't have with me but I have people that can find it. They find the letter and we find out it's for a mobile phone contract, a contract I never had since I don't and never have used Vodafone Mobile.Choose Vodafone if you want endless headaches, awful /unreachable customer service, poor price to service ratio.
