Absolutely incompetent, even worse than Deutsche Bahn

Avoid if you want to set up a wifi/WLAN at home. It has been a month and they are still incapable of setting up the internet connection (for which the previous tenant of the flat literally just needed to get a router and connect it herself). My house number has a double number separated by a dash, so this became a problem because they think my house does not exist and cannot find it 💀Online services do not communicate with the stores (they cannot access any wifi requests you made online if you come in person). It takes more than a week to reply to an email and the appointment they give you to set up WiFi (bring router in) are three weeks away (which they then not confirm because they cannot find your house). Simply avoid if you have a choice of a WiFi provider in your house.
