I placed an on line order on Dec 3rd!!! I had a death in my family and was distracted until the 23rd when i realized i never even received an email or update!! Called and it was "lost by the delivery company". OK, reordered on the 23rd. Still, nothing. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL SINCE THE 23RD LETTING ME KNOW IT WAS REORDERED!!! chatted with the customer service this a.m. and guess what? LOST AGAIN!!! love how they say lost and now stolen. The delivery company they use AGAIN, stole my items. I did get a refund but this is such a nightmare and the customer service person was so awful that I will be cancelling my cards and NEVER will i use this company again. And he tried to just make excuses until I told him, look, I recieved EVERYTHING else, from every other company within 10 days, so you need a different plan here in TX. YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE STEALING PACKAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, GIVE A CRAP!!!
