I have no complaints on their products but their customer service is terrible.3 items of my order in Jan 2025 have not yet been delivered until now. I tried multiple times without success just to contact their Customer Service number 1800 576 967. I wrote many emails to their designated customer service email but I received only 1 auto reply with a ticket and link to their platform. After many follow ups I received a email from their Senior Order Manager Ain that they were looking into the enquiry. I have made 2 refund requests but received no reply from them. However until now I have not yet heard back from them at all. Phone calls are no answered and emails are no reply. It’s unbelievable. We may need to bring it to Customer Affairs. I will never trust and purchase from Victoria Secret Australia Online again EVER.
