AMAZING COMPANY!!! FANTASTIC GAMES! played wow nearly 15 years!(since beta)Awesome support, idk why some people are saying otherwise. I've contacted them so many times never had an issue with them always helpful and able to help with my issues.And I saw someone say they waited 5 days for a reply but there is also a live chat option.(The way I access the live chat is I go to support tab at the top of the site, click on WoW, go to payments, contact support, not listed here, and select live chat)As long as it's during their working hours you can contact them this way throughout the day easy.Hope this helps people!
