I have shopped online at UO for a number of years now. I think they offer a unique selection of products and their sales can be great steals. However, I am writing this review because I have had enough of their poor customer service. I placed an order totalling $200+ CAD comprising of sale items. Nowhere did it state that these items were final sale. Not when the items were in my cart, not in the promotional email, nor on my email order confirmation or in my user portal does it say "FINAL SALE". The only way I found out was by trying to return items thru the Narvar portal. I contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they can do, that items ending in .59, .90 and .95 are always final sale, and that I should read their policy page. I just find it appalling and predatory that these tactics be in place. It is on them not to be transparent with their customers and not taking the fault for their poor UX/UI. I spend a lot of money (I'm a Gold tier member) and this is how I am treated. It's despicable.
